About
LifeDigital—a software house in Wrocław, Poland.
Online stores on MedusaJS, Shopify and WooCommerce, ERP integrations, security audits and server maintenance.

We build online stores and web apps, connect them to the systems you already use and maintain the infrastructure behind them, so you can focus on your business.
Who we are
A partner for companies that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools.
We started out with websites and visual content. Today, most of our work is the technical side of our clients’ businesses: stores on MedusaJS, Shopify and WooCommerce, Next.js storefronts, integrations with ERP and invoicing systems, payment gateways, product feeds, admin panels and Python automation.
We work for companies where technology has a direct impact on results—where every order has to reach the warehouse system, every payment has to go through and the numbers in every report have to match reality. We also handle the groundwork: security audits, cleaning up legacy code and server maintenance, so your system runs reliably day to day.
We scope the work to what you actually need, so you pay for what solves your problem. If a simple script will do the job, we tell you before the quote, which saves you time and budget.

Why us
Direct contact and full control over your project.
You explain your issue directly to the person who writes the code, so decisions reach the code exactly as agreed and you get answers faster.
- You deal directly with the person doing the work, so you settle details faster and avoid misunderstandings.
- The code goes into a Git repository you own, along with access credentials and documentation, so you always have full control over your project.
- We break the quote into stages, so you know exactly what you’re paying for and what you get at the end of each one.
- Before we quote a new application, we check whether a cheaper solution would do the job, which protects your budget.
- We take over projects started by other vendors, so you can keep developing your system without starting from scratch.
- We write tests and verify changes under live traffic, so new releases reach your customers without surprises.
- We work with widely used, publicly documented technologies, so any team can develop your project, now and in the future.
How we work
From first email to ongoing support.
-
01
Brief & discovery
You describe the problem, and we look at how the process runs in your company and what it touches along the way: which systems, which data and which constraints. Based on that, we define a scope that fits your situation, so you pay for what you actually need.
-
02
Quote & plan
You get the scope split into stages, with the cost and timeline for each one, so your budget is predictable and you know when to expect what. If we see a simpler route to the same goal, we tell you before you sign the contract.
-
03
Staged delivery
We build changes in a separate staging environment—a copy of the system isolated from your customers—so releases leave live sales undisturbed. You see results stage by stage, and every change can be safely rolled back.
-
04
Testing & support
We verify everything with tests and under live traffic, then keep the system under ongoing care: we monitor it continuously to catch an issue before your customers notice it, apply updates, run backups and add new features. You can count on everything running without interruption.

Email us before you write a spec.
Write to us when you need a system taken over from another vendor or when an integration stops working after an update. Send a short description of your system and goals, and within one business day we reply with questions about versions, logs and access, so you know where to start your spec. After that, you get a proposed scope with estimated hours for each stage by email.
