    Quote & scope

    You receive the scope split into stages, with estimated hours, cost and a delivery date for each stage. If we see a cheaper route to the same goal, we tell you before you sign.

    Staged delivery

    We work in a Git repository and build in an isolated environment before every release. Changes reach production in batches, and each batch can be rolled back with a single command.

    Testing & support

    Unit and integration tests, a check on live traffic, and then ongoing support: monitoring, updates and new features as you need them.

    What we do

    We connect your store to your warehouse and accounting systems, so orders and stock levels flow between all 3 automatically and the morning spreadsheet upload goes away.

    We start with a table that defines which system owns each field and what happens when values differ. Then we run incremental sync over REST and webhooks with a queue and retries, which keeps server load low and every record intact.

    We start with a copy of production with anonymized data and a deployment you can roll back with a single command. We write tests around whatever would cost the most if it failed, so the most critical parts are protected first.

    We list every event source and switch them off one at a time to measure the impact of each. The final setup sends events along 2 paths—browser and server—with a shared event ID, so each conversion is counted exactly once.

    Full control over a project inherited from another team

    What we do

    We take over the project from your previous vendor and clean up 3 areas—access rights, the Git repository and the server—so you know where everything is and who has access to what.

    A clear picture of what you own, and the confidence to make changes because the version on the server matches what’s in Git.

    How we set it up

    We document access rights, third-party dependencies and every difference between the server and the repository. The result is a risk list split into 2 groups: items we can fix right away and items worth scheduling for later.
