Expertise

We develop and maintain your business systems.

Eight areas: data, integrations, maintenance, performance, reporting, processes, project takeovers and admin panels.

We run your apps and online stores from day one and stay for the long term, looking after their development, performance and security, so you can focus on your business.

How we work

We get to know your system before we quote.

Every system has its own history and its own bottlenecks, so before we estimate a single hour, we read your code and data. That way, the quote reflects what actually runs in your company.

As a result, you get a scope that fits your situation and a predictable cost—you know what you’re paying for before work begins.

The real picture

We start with what your team sees in the system every day, so our first questions address your actual case.

A quote based on facts

We pinpoint where the system breaks down before we estimate hours, so the cost stays predictable.

A clear process

Before we start, you know how we handle a case like yours and what to expect at each stage.

Tools matched to the goal

For each of the 8 areas below, you see the tools we use and what each one is for.

Eight areas where we help most often.

They usually overlap. When we fix one, we close out the adjacent issues right away, so the result lasts.

  • Data

Data in one place, entered once

    What we do

We connect your systems so data moves between them automatically, which ends the morning retyping and the evening checks for discrepancies.

    What you gain

Your team gets its time back, and you can be sure both systems show the same up-to-date information.

    How we do it

We start with a data flow map and agree in writing which system is the source of truth for each field—and only then write code.

    • REST
    • Node.js
    • PostgreSQL
    • Queues
  • Integrations

Integrations that hold up when the other side changes

    What we do

We build system-to-system connections that withstand minor changes on the vendor’s side and alert you automatically when something needs attention.

    What you gain

Sync runs in the background, and the system flags a fault early, before it reaches your accounting.

    How we do it

We document the data exchange rules and validate every incoming response, so a single bad record lands in a report while the rest keeps syncing.

    • OpenAPI
    • Webhooks
    • HMAC
    • Docker
  • Maintenance

An up-to-date app with steady, secure maintenance

    What we do

We update your application and its dependencies on a regular schedule and test every change on a separate copy first, so the live version stays untouched.

    What you gain

You know the system is supported and secure, and if an issue comes up, we roll back to the previous version within a minute.

    How we do it

We set up a staging environment (a separate copy for testing) and a working rollback; we update dependencies monthly and apply critical patches within 72 hours.

    • Docker
    • nginx
    • PHP
    • Let's Encrypt
  • Performance

Performance that keeps pace with a growing catalog

    What we do

We speed up product listings, filters and search, so your store stays just as fast as the number of products grows.

    What you gain

Customers find what they’re looking for faster and abandon fewer carts, and your store holds up when seasonal traffic peaks.

    How we do it

We start by measuring which database queries take the longest, then add indexes—shortcuts that help the database find data faster—and repeat the same measurement after the change.

    • MySQL
    • PostgreSQL
    • nginx
    • Next.js
  • Reporting

Reports you can base decisions on

    What we do

We align how sales are counted, so figures from your ads, your store and your accounting all rest on one agreed definition.

    What you gain

You make decisions on numbers that match across ads, store and accounting, and save the hours that used to go into explaining discrepancies.

    How we do it

We write down the definition of each metric—when the event fires, where it comes from and what it includes—and move revenue events to the server, so they’re more reliable.

    • GA4
    • Meta Conversions API
    • Python
    • PostgreSQL
  • Processes

Your spreadsheet process, moved into a system with history and permissions

    What we do

We move recurring tasks from a spreadsheet on a shared drive into your system exactly as they work in practice, including the exceptions your team handles from memory today.

    What you gain

You see who changed what, and the process keeps running even when the one person who knows the formulas is away.

    How we do it

First, we model the process in the tools you already have; we build a separate module only when the task outgrows them.

    • TypeScript
    • React
    • PostgreSQL
    • Docker
  • Project takeover

A smooth takeover from your previous vendor

    What we do

We sort out the access rights and code your previous vendor left behind, so you regain full control of your application.

    What you gain

You know who holds the keys, where the code lives and how the system is built—and you can keep developing it with us or with any team you choose.

    How we do it

We start with an inventory of domains, DNS, hosting, accounts and versions, and move the code into your own repository, where the full change history is kept safe.

    • Git/GitHub
    • Docker
    • nginx
    • WordPress
  • Interface

An admin panel that speeds up daily work

    What we do

We design the panel around the order in which your team works, so the most frequent tasks take fewer clicks.

    What you gain

Your team works faster and makes fewer mistakes, and new hires get up to speed without memorizing the order of tabs.

    How we do it

We count the clicks in a typical task alongside the person who does it every day, then count again after the change to confirm the result.

    • React
    • TypeScript
    • Next.js

Fit

Who we work best with.

Here are 4 situations where we’re a good choice, so you can tell right away whether we’re a fit.

Stores with custom sales logic

If you have customer-specific price lists, variants and orders that a standard checkout can’t handle, we add the features that do. WooCommerce, Shopify, MedusaJS.

Companies running a legacy internal system

Your application runs every day, so it needs a team that learns it first and then plans further development responsibly, with a timeline you can rely on.

Teams without an in-house developer

If technical decisions sit with someone in operations or marketing, we explain the options in plain language, so you know what’s critical for the system to work and what’s a minor detail.

Manufacturers and distributors

You employ anywhere from a few dozen to a few hundred people, run an ERP at the core and sell through several channels—we make sure the data matches across all of them.

Honesty

What we take on and what we refer elsewhere.

When someone else can do the job faster and for less, we tell you upfront, so your budget goes where it brings the most value.

  • Small jobs under 20 hours—for a one-off fix, a freelancer who already knows your project is cheaper and faster, and we’re happy to point you that way
  • Simple brochure websites on an off-the-shelf theme—one person can build these faster and for less, so we refer you to them
  • SEO and paid campaigns—we work alongside the agency of your choice and take responsibility for site performance and reliable conversion tracking
  • Penetration testing—this is a separate specialty, so we refer you to a firm that does it professionally and implement the fixes from their report
  • Maintenance with access to the repository and a staging environment—this access keeps every change safe and tested, which is why we ask for it at the start
  • Scope we can justify with a clear benefit—if a module won’t save working time or increase sales, we say so before the quote, so your budget covers only the modules that do

Proof

How you can vet us.

One email gets you the documents below, plus checks you can run yourself, so you can judge us on facts before we start working together.

Documents we send on request

Just ask by email: we send them the same business day, before we even discuss scope, so you can vet us with no commitment. You get a template data processing agreement, our list of subprocessors, a sample code review report from an anonymized project and a checklist for handing a project over to another company.

  • Data processing agreement
  • Subprocessor list
  • Code review report
  • Handover checklist

Checks you can run yourself

In one minute, you can check whether your domain correctly enforces encrypted HTTPS connections—basic protection for customer data and the first thing we secure in every system we take over.

We write code in your GitHub repository from day one, so you see every change with its date and author and can track progress whenever you want.

  • Git/GitHub
  • Commit history
  • HSTS
  • Let's Encrypt

What we tell you before you ask

We don’t hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification. GDPR compliance applies to your organization and its processes, and we support you on the technical side.

Some bugs take time to reproduce: if we can’t replicate one within 2 hours, we tell you openly and agree on the next step together.

FAQ

Questions we get in the first email.

Do you take over projects from another company?

Yes, it’s one of the most common requests companies bring to us. We start with an access inventory and a code review, so you regain control, and only then discuss changes. To work safely, we need access to the code running in production.

Can I take the code to another company?

The repository, access credentials and documentation are yours from day one. If you move to another company, we hand over an architecture overview, a dependency list and a recorded walkthrough of the trickiest parts, so the next team can start without downtime.

Where do you start, and how long does the initial assessment take?

We start by reading: the code, the server configuration, logs from the past few weeks and written answers from the person who uses the system every day. With full access, you get our first findings within 5 business days. If anything is missing, we tell you right away what we need.

Tell us what to improve first.

Email us which of the 8 areas fits your situation and what you’ve already tried. Within one business day, we reply with questions about access, versions and logs, so we can get straight to the specifics of your system.
